推動計畫和方向
1.產學合作
培育協會內部人員成為優秀技術指導師資幹部，能與學校或政府機關團體，協助或任教課程，完成撫平教育技能不足現象。
目前現階段協會已經與各職業學校，正式簽定產學合作契約，並成立教學中心，也推動在學教育校外實習課程等項目技術認證之甲、乙、丙級考試技術認證，協會必須按照規定法則，成立教學中心，並開辦學期教學課程，在學和進修兩項課程並列學科和術科，讓在學學子和汽車美容相關人士，都能習得更進一步的技術認證級層，並提供證書。
Goals and Objectives
Industry - Education Co-operation
A main goal of the association is to develop and nurture talent by co-operating with schools and government agencies, to assist and teach courses for those who lack educational skills.
Currently, the association has officially signed an industry-further education cooperation contract with various vocational schools, and has established a training centre. It also promotes in school apprenticeship courses and other M.O.E. approved projects.The national A, B, C examination technical certificates, provides the association with national regulations, so the teaching centre was devised to law. As a requirement the centre has a semester long teaching training course, also two courses of intermediate and advanced study, as determined by the Ministry of Labour. The established examination room has been approved at a national level for certification assessment. In doing so, students are able to obtain further technical certification.
2.技術性考核與競賽
承辦或協辦，國際汽車美容技能實車考核和國際技能競賽目前本協會已和台灣多家汽車產業達成共識，未來開辦實車技術檢定和競賽，由協會承辦，汽車相關產業公司能提供多量實體汽車與提供場地，與學校做為，證照考核，和比賽場地之用，在這我們感謝日產國通汽車公司與我們協會並進。
Technical Assessment and Competition
To undertake or co-organise, international auto detailing vehicle assessments and international skills competitions.
To date, the association has reached a consensus with Tainan Nissan Guotong Automobile, and will start vehicle technical verification and competition in the near future. Guotong Automobile Association will provide automobiles and venues, with schools as national assessors, and competition candidates. We use this opportunity to sincerely thank Tainan Guotong Automobile Company and look forward to future collaborations.
3.博覽和交流會
協會在未成立前曾是小型社團，也曾辦理過多場的技術性交流會，而現在正式向內政部申請成立全國性團體協會，未來更會積極尋找，汽車美容相關業務，行銷，技術和產品，進行博覽和交流提升專
業知識水準和技能。
Exposition and Exchange meetings.
Prior to the establishment of the association, car detailing was a small community and its network was only short reaching. Having achieved official recognition by the Ministry of the Interior, in the future it will actively seek out auto-detailing related businesses, markets, technology and products. Leading to far wider reaching network and building strong and supportive community to benefit industry and education.
